Beth Hite Bashore became a Realtor in 1986 and worked and trained under Frank Waites, Broker of Frank Waites Realty, Inc. for 9 years. She then joined Southern Visions Realty, Inc. in 1995 where she worked for 23 years.  She has many years experience in land, commercial sales, residential sales and land/homes around Lake Murray.  She served as Broker in Charge for ERA Wilder Realty for several years and has now rejoined the ERA Wilder Family as a Sales Agent as of January 2019.

Beth grew up in West Columbia, SC where her family owns and operates Hites Bar-B-Que which is still in operation serving some of the best BBQ in the South! Her mother's family is in Lexington and operate Rhoten's Country Sausage.  Their famous sausage is shipped all over the United States.

Beth graduated Brookland Cayce High  School in 1977.  She was Miss Teenage South Carolina in 1976.  Beth worked at Artex Hobby Products after High School as a purchasing agent and a bookkeeper for Lake City High School in Darlington County and sold radio advertising until becoming a Realtor in 1986.

Beth has three beautiful daughters, a step daughter and son and 10 grandchildren.  She is married to Donny Bashore Jr. and they live in Summerlake in Lexington, SC.  She enjoys fishing, walking, reading, cooking and watching her grandchildren as they grow up entirely too fast! She has a passion for helping others and a love for animals.

Beth has been a member of Circle of Excellence, Broker, Top Sales Agent, Top Listing Agent, Member of Greater Columbia Home Builders  and Greater Lexington Chamber of Commerce, Beyond Excellence conference and training, teaching, recruiting, tip club and active Member of Mt. Horeb United Methodist Church area few of the activities that keeps Beth up to date, educated and plugged in to keep her clients happy with their real estate needs.
